Shipping & Delivery
Once we have received your order, we will do our very best to ship your item(s) as soon as possible. We aim to ship within 5 working days. We are a small team so we try our best to handle your order swiftly and with care. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email.

Little Boomerang is not responsibility for delays caused by third party shipping partners or customs officials in your chosen shipping destination. During sale periods or local holidays such as Christmas, delivery might be delayed due to high volume shipments at delivery services.

* Custom Made orders: Shipment costs of preloved shirt(s) to Little Boomerang are for the sender. Shipment of final items in line with the above.

Returns
Our goal is to minimize overproduction and to reduce waste. We believe we are in this together so we kindly ask you to shop with care. In case you don't love your Little Boomerang item(s) you can return them within 15 days from date of delivery. Please note, custom made items cannot be returned or refunded.

You can request a return by sending an email with all necessary information (name, order number and reason of return) to hello@littleboomerang.nl. If your return is accepted, you'll receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please return all items in its original packaging and with the original hangtags. We do not accept any items that have been worn, washed, stained or damaged. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender, minus the shipping costs for returning the items. Little Boomerang cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in return transit.

Exchanges
All returns will be refunded. In case you would like another size or product we request you to place a new order online.

Refunds
When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed and you will receive the purchase amount back from us as soon as possible. Processing time of refunds could take between 2-10 business days depending on your bank / payment provider. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

When you return products and your final order amount falls below the free shipping limit, the free shipping of your initial order will be canceled. The costs will be settled with the return amount.
